At Quantum ELD, we aim to provide clear and transparent service terms.

1. No Returns

All hardware and software sales are final. We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered or activated.

2. No Refunds

All payments, including subscription fees, are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started or the product/service has been used.

3. Exceptions

We may offer a replacement or resolve the issue only in the following cases:

The product is defective
The product was damaged during delivery
A billing error occurred

All issues must be reported within 3–5 days of delivery or charge.
